If you haven’t noticed already, we get pretty into what we do at Manychat, and our swag is no exception. We couldn’t just slap our logo on a t-shirt and call it a day; we had to get into it. Why get just another t-shirt when you can get a cool, functional piece of fashion that had just as much go into it as our people bring to their jobs every day? So that’s what we did.

Another hoodie? Groundbreaking.
Every design fits the season and the moment, built to work as a wardrobe. For our eighth birthday: the staple 'M', now with a palm tree inside it. For summer: our checkered pattern, reborn as a flower print — subtle enough that people wore theirs until they literally fell apart. The blanket? Manychat colors and patterns, made for spring picnics, not backseats. The first hoodie became a study in graphic weight: black fabric, colourful embroidered 'M's, each a different hue.
Our research started with the question: what do we already love wearing? We studied the pieces we reach for on repeat: the fits that survive a hundred washes, the details that actually hold up. And we built on that, together with Berq Studio in Armenia, a streetwear brand and creative space with a record shop, photo lab, and bookstore under one roof.
Then we skipped the casting call. Our own people wore it for the shoot and kept wearing it long after. We spot colleagues in hoodies and tees, totes slung over shoulders on weekends. That’s how our principles — ‘care intensely’ and ‘win together’ — got stitched into fabric. And now people outside Manychat want in, too.

“That’s what made the whole thing so powerful: the merch became a tool for connection. It brought people from different teams together, gave them a playful way to express creativity, and resulted in pieces we genuinely love to wear.”

“The biggest challenge has always been figuring out how to use these in a refined way: making pieces that feel like stylish clothing rather than just branded giveaways.”
